ABOUT THE EXAMINATION

What does the examination include?

A perimeter tests central and peripheral vision through multiple points. The examination is important for detecting and monitoring glaucoma and other diseases of the retina and optic nerve.

Duration depends on the method and required accuracy; concentration and patient cooperation are required.
